The Victorian committee currently has 12 hard working people:

We meet monthly (2nd Thursday of the month 12.30-2pm) at the Boroondara Community Health Centre in Hawthorn.

We aim to bring people with aphasia together in positive community through speaker and film lunches, community education events, professional education events, and social activities. We are developing a network of community run aphasia groups (these will appear on this webs site shortly). We have started a yahoo chat group to encourage professionals supporting people with aphasia to talk together about their activities and work. We aim to educate the broader community about aphasia through community education and media events (see our plans for Wednesday without words)
